Healthcare cover is an attractive employee benefit that keeps your employees, and profit, healthy. A health and wellbeing plan is more comprehensive than a health screening but more bespoke than a full group PMI scheme. Policies are available for all businesses with at least two employees, and all employees between the ages of 16 and 69.

Health and wellbeing plans in detail
Over and above the core cover, there are three additional levels of cover available:
Level 3
Up to five physio sessions
Consultations, diagnostic tests, and scans with no excess to pay
Vitamin D blood test report
Level 2
Up to eight physio sessions
Consultations, diagnostic tests, and scans with a £150 excess
Treatments with access to specialists, surgeons, and a private room with a £150 excess
Vitamin D, cholesterol, and diabetes blood test report
Level 1
Unlimited physio sessions
All the diagnostic tests and treatments as with Level 2 but with no excess to pay
Vitamin D, cholesterol, and diabetes blood test report
You can enhance your scheme even further by adding stress support, dental and optical cover.
